The competition is drawing to a close and the journey for the X Factor USA contestants has been an eventful one, to say the least. But what do we really know about these final three talented individuals? Now is the time to learn, because voting for the winner of the talent show will be commencing shortly. To determine who your favorite act is, in talent and in personality, here is some basic information about Chris Rene, Melanie Amaro and Josh Krajcik.
Chris Rene – A Controversial X Factor USA Contestant
Chris Rene stole American people’s hearts when he first auditioned for the X Factor USA. His laidback style and influential singing/rapping talent grasped the attention of everyone in the audition room, from the minute he appeared on stage. His previous drug habit saw him commit to rehab, which has resulted in him being clean from harmful substances for quite some time now. It is this achievement, in addition to his unique talent that makes him such an inspiring figure for people young and old. At 28 years old, Chris is proving to be a great role model for his son. He worked as a trash collector before his experience on the X Factor and his grandfather impressively composed numerous rock and roll songs from the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. Will he win the competition or be known for ‘’Young Homie’’, his original song creation? Who knows, the public will decide.
Melanie Amaro – The Comeback X Factor USA Competitor
Melanie Amaro is 19 years old and comes from Tortola, but currently resides in Florida. Her powerful voice was recognized from her first audition and she was branded to be one of the finalists right from the beginning. Despite this, Simon did not choose her to be part of his final 16 girls, until he realized what a mistake he had made. She is now in the final 3 of the X Factor USA, after being invited back and she continues to blow the audience away week after week. Before she participated in the talent competition, she was a full-time freshman in college. Her favorite music is gospel music, which leaves us to wonder, could she be the next Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey?
Josh Krajcik – Singer/Songwriter On The X Factor USA
This down to earth guy was once a burrito maker, and he is now using his talents of singing and songwriting to win over the American public with his position on the X Factor USA. At 30 years old, Josh has spent his whole life trying to pursue a music career, from performing at minor gigs to forming a band with close acquaintances. Despite this, his efforts saw little results. That was until his appearance on the X Factor allowed people to enjoy the beauty of his raspy, rocky voice. His performances on the live shows have gained him major praise from the judges, making him a great contender for the $5 million prize on X Factor USA.
