FAO Simon Cowell,
Dear Simon,
Just a suggestion:
I would love to see “Same Difference” dressed as John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. Add a touch of aggression, a low level dance routine and sing “You’re the one that I want” from Grease.
Hope it meets with your approval
Cheers
Clive
Dear Simon, Please would it be poss if Same Diff could maybe try a Carpenters tune….Phil collins duet..yes they are young wannabe’s so give them a fair chance at all spectrums….Or Louis will be right..it will come down to you… Thanx
Please consider a calmer approach…

Hello Simon:
I have a question for you, but I’m not sure if I should write it down on here. It’s not personal or anything. I would just rather email you somewhere more private. It’s about the rules and regulations of The X Factor 2008. Thanks a ton,
Wilmie
Hi
Look out for Ollie Sloan on Myspace. Everyone is talking about him. His voice and his stunning songs. His music was recently on Holby City and is loved by all.
Please sign him up for a record contract and release his songs
Hi Simon,
I keep watching re-runs of Paul Pott’s audition, semi-finals, and final…i know this is the x-factor and not britain’s got talent but it was just so amazing! I love his voice and who he represents and i thought you were so kind to him. It was a breath of fresh air to see YOU in that light. You went from looking old to looking ten years younger after he sang. I hope you keep up the smiles.
Cheers from Canada!
Sonia
Hello Simon, my Mum has asked me to contact you on her behalf to say please would you consider letting Same Difference cover a Carpenters’ song (ideally Close To You)? I see from previous comments that somebody has already suggested this. So could you please think about it while they still have a chance? Thanks,
Dear Simon
I don’t know why i watch The X Factor but i do and love it!I listen to your comments very carefully, i think you are spot on in all that you say. You tell the truth, thats what i like about you, honesty! All the best with ‘Same different’ but my favourite is Rhydian a beautiful singer don’t you think? i know you agree!

hello im almost 30 years old feb 10th 2008 ive bin singing since i was 4. And around the clubs since i was 12yo i auditioned last year as a solo artist unfortunaly just as i was about to be put thru to see the judges i was told my jurney in xfacter had come to an end i feel this was due to the fact the producers wanted to run a story on myself and wife as im also in a duo with my wife kate who was afraid to audion also we are going thru i.c.s.i a form of i.v.f and didnt want this to be the reason to get thru. the reason im writing this is we are both wanting to enter this year and would like to get to see the judges on talent not story we have both been in entertainment seems forever working hard for years we would both like a little break into tv even if it only lasts 10 mins hope you read this look farward to hering from you richard and kate maybe the next sonie and cher lol…..we can dream
Hi Simon or who ever reads these, I’m 30 and have always wanted to be a singer but due to life’s courses I haven’t got a goog past and I’m wondering if its at all worth pursuing my dream when if I did make it i’d be exposed and ruin my relationship with certain people . Please can you tell me if this is likely to happen ? thank you
Yours faithfully

Dear Mr. Cowell,
In regards to your performance on American Idol, I find that your critical comments on the contestants are right on! This is after all a singing contest and there is I am sure a great deal of money at stake. This is NOT a jr. high school singing competition. Keep your comments coming! Thanks for a great show!]
Mrs. R. Smith

Simon I saw Opray today, You my friend are awesome.. you have learned today by giving to open up and save someone from total devastation. I saw a part of you that was just so awesome… that was too cool what you did today. Brought tears to my eyes…… just wonderful to give the gift to yourself of giving…. isn’t it amazing!
Hey Simon,
I wonder how you can possibly say any Beatles Songs are average. I’ll admit some are better than others, but you must really think you’re special or better yet have low self esteem to put down a band like the Beatles. Think before you speak. I’ll admit I’m not a big Idol fan, although I enjoy Kelly Clarkson, but when I heard Beatles were the song choices I went in search of video. Instead I heard your comments. You sound like a very small person.
Go see a doctor.
hey Simon, what’s up! Just wanted to say you are a no sugar coating tell it like it is with all BS aside like you should be judge. You have your work cut out for you with the quick witted sarcasim of Ryan what’s his name and the boo’s coming from behind and beside you. Anyway I just wanted to say that I get the same crap from my wife when I say right on Simon tell it like it is and if the trueth hurts then people should not put themselves into a position of getting their feelers hurt. Their are some people out there that you just don’t want to get into a battle of witts with and I think Mr. Seacrest is one of them. Do us both a favor and tell him at the next chance you get that if he is trying to make himself shine with his quick witted sarcasim at the expence of others in front of 25 or 30 million people that this is not what this particular show is supposed to be about. You and I know all to well that Mr. little smart ass would get his butt kicked if the time and place were appropiate. Isn’t it just amazing how someone can hide in plain view of 25 + million people and get away with his smart ass remarks that all the 25 + million people know he would not do anything but kiss your feet in a dark back alley. Don’t get me wrong Simmon you are both very entertaining and I enjoy you both, I just want to help coach you and help you get Mr. little smart ass to get his mind on the job he was hired to do and to quit pushing your buttons when you are doing the best job of any contestant judge there has ever been. Paula is afraid she’s going to hurt someones feelers with honesty and Randy I think kind of looks up to a lot and I know that on the first seasons if he had to fist on the comments he would have been lost. The show is great you are all great, but me and you need to get Ryan on track.
have a super day and thanks for the entertainment,
Terry Bunten a Simon fan all the way
Please have a look at Ollie Sloan http://www.myspace.com/olliesloan He really is GREAT!
Simon,
Idol Politics aside. I have an idea….which may have already been brought up, but as a viewer I believe it would boost ratings. I am a numbers guy and simply put ….you would need to know when the time is right to run the concept. I can only imagine how many new ideas you entertain each week, but this one would work well. It is only a matter of time before we see it, but I thought I would send out a message to push the concept.
“A Christmas in May” show.
The Christmas Cds are nice, but give it to us Live. Master this concept with all of the big decision makers and it will pay off…especially here in the states.
Nice move on taking calls during the elimination show. I can tell you hate it, but tolerate it for the greater good.
…..and all of this back and forth chatter between you and Ryan ….well…it is a ticking time bomb….it will go off…sooner or later.
Ryan wants to position himself as an advocate of the contestants(and the USA). From a psychological point of view completely leaves you in control. It is almost like a father who is tough to please. It does not matter what Randy or Paula says….Simon sets the baseline. Just look at each contestant. They are eased when Randy say…”you worked it out” and reassured when Paula say “…blah blah….”, but they always need your approval before they can completely believe they actually did well. Nevertheless, this is just what I see and it is a fair analysis of what most americans see.
To me….You all represent a key essential to successful artist. Randy…Represents “Raw Talent, Ability and Marketability, Paula…represents the “Emotion and passion”, and Simon represents the “it” factor and “Star Potiential”.
Regards,
C.Miller
Simon
Im sure your keeping up with the BBC I’l do anything, i think Niamh has some real talent that needs picking up. Her week one performance was outstanding.
An extremely good entertainer I happen to know very well applied to appear on the X factor and didn’t even get as far as to be judged by Simon Cowell. His name is Stefan Michaels and he is absolutely outstanding in his line of work. He can sing almost anything you ask of him and I think it most unfair that Simon did not get to hear him. I have his cd and a dvd of his entertainment and I feel Simon should hear this man as he is just breath taking. His voice is spectacular and it would be a shame on the public to miss out on this kind of singer. Pleas give Mr Stefan Michaels a chance to show you his truely professional talent.
Aloha Mr. Cowell,
I don’t watch your show because we don’t have TV. Not that we can’t just that
we choose not too. You made it perfectly clear why when you responded to a
singers rendition of Over the Rainbow, as, and I’m paraphrasing, “I’ve heard that
before by someone named IZ. Israel or Brudda IZ is one of our most sacred singers in Hawaii. I can understand how you can cut down the contestants because that is your job and they asked for it.
How you can just act like you don’t know who IZ was or the struggle he went through, his great Aloha and giving to the people of everywhere in the world is shamefull.
If you think you are above someone who you never even met, and yet brought so much to the life and community of the world that you can just say “Oh some guy named IZ” I am truly sorry for how small you have become.
Please say something to amend this mistake of your speach.
Mahalo, Kevin NIles
Hello, Simon. I am a 39 year old college student. I am not writing because I have a crush on you, nor am I writing because I want a shot at being famous before getting too much older. My reason for contacting you is this, I know you are heavily involved in charitable work. I would like to pursue a career that involves this as well. I am not able to volunteer as I am a mother of 3 boys, one of which is about to enter college. I was wondering if you had any information as to how one would contact leaders of groups such as the “Boys and Girls Clubs of America” or “United Way.” It is my hopes to be acquainted with these leaders in order to discuss career path options that will allow me also to pursue a leadership position with such reputable foundations. I’m not sure if you can help, but if you can….it would be greatly appreciated. I, unlike most, can see past the judgemental judge from American Idol to the man with selfless heart whom uses his advantages to benefit those in need.
God Bless and Thank you!
Dear Simon.
Im an independant music promoter/manager/agent and am wondering if there would be anyway that i can contact you regarding feedback and thoughts. I admire the way you work and would love to hear your input.

Simon,
You totally rock but heck you already knew that so why am I even posting this, makes no sense does it? I guess you would say something like, Jim you are a train wreck heading for a town called nowhere. Anycase, you are the best ! Jim
Why is Simon so hot? I wish he would thrust it a little on American Idol. He has a hot body. It is like you just want to do him when you see him. Imagine him and Piers at the same time, now that is hottttttttt… I wish SImon wasn’t hidden behind a desk. He oozes sex appeal. Remove Ryan and get Simon up there. We don’t care about these teeny boppers singing, we watch to see him. Great personality, lovely smile, honest and good hair….He should make a David Beckham type calendar in Calvin’s. It would sell.
simon

Dear Mr Simon Cowell,
This is a very unconventional way of applying for work-but if you don’t try to don’t get anywhere, right? I am a corporate flight attendant. I have a professional history in my field of aviation and the care of celebrities and political figures alike. If you would like to consider me to look after you and your entourage please contact me at your will. Best Regards and utmost discretion, Alex.

Dear Simon,
I hope this email gets to you because it contains information of a new exiting and sensational sound that I keep hearing on a new T.V.ADVERT.
I’m a pro entertainer and think that only a promoter like you could see the massive potential of this silly’ happy’ sound.
Sorry’ if this email reads wierd but I’ve no other way of doing it.
Anyway….imagine….a modern day chipmunks but sang by really happy little girls who are aged at about six. A bit like the Ovalteenis but to an up to date tune.
How many millions of people, Families, Kids, T.V. stations would want this sound….IT WOULD GO WORLDWIDE IN SECONDS 1.2.3.woosh!
Please send me an email if you would like to know more.

Dear Simon.
My 3 step daughters auditioned for x factor in cardiff this year, I really think the judge that they had couldnt see talent when it was in front of him! I know you get many people saying that their children have talent when they clearly dont but these 3 girls are amazing. If only they got through the first round so they could come and see you, im sure you would be impressed. The girls mother also auditioned and she was told no too. I really think you should use professional singing judges instead of producers! I know you cant do anything to get them through, i just wanted you to know x factor missed out on 4 really talented people this year!
Hannah.
Sweet Simon!
You know, when you watch someone on tv long enough, you end up feeling you know them. You end up feeling you know exactly how they’ll reply to your made up dialouge, and that this someone will undrstand perfectly why you do and say as you do. But then reality hits, and you end up knowing all too well that the person you talk to in your waking dreams is a complete stranger. So why in the world am I writing to a complete stranger?
I just got out of a thirteen year long marriage. I am 33, and I have a three year old boy. I’m getting the hang of the single mom bit, and we’re having a blast, singing, playing, you know being mother and son. I do not want your pity, I do, however, want your attention…
As Abba once out it: “Everyone listens when I start to sing” I just need a bigger audience.
I live in Norway and I’m stuck in a little town south of the European Culture Capital of the world (Stavanger this year), called Bryne.
You see, Simon, I am what legends are made of…
Bold words, I know, am I woman enough to back them up?
Why don’t you put me to the test?
I’ll sing any song of your choice, any style, and I can promise to blow your mind. In a good way:-)
Can you chance not checking this out?
I have been my fiercest critic for all these years, listeing to that harsh voice telling me it’s no use reaching for the stars. Even though I have had the lead in operas, musicals, made my own music, sung in choirs, been the primadonna, I never had my self convinced I was the best.
Lately that voice has weakend, it’s not getting through any longer. I have no doubt, I am the best. I just need a chance to prove it.
There you have it. It’s taken me 33 years to write this to you. It’s now that I’m finally convinced my talent is all I need.
My talent will overshadow everting else, because…everyone listens when I start to sing…
simon i have been treated by my kids after suffering stokes to westlife concert 22 may birmingham could you get the boys to sign a picture saying flying with out wings to my 8 year old autistic grandson micheal he holds onto this song for dear life and it would make his day thanks jane

watch this video
and yes just to let u know i am her cousin i am named after her please if u like her dont tell her i talked u she would kill me
simon, my name is tom crockford and i am from salisbury college studying popular musc as part of our coarse we have to set up and produce a gig we are setting up a battle of the bands for our final major project and we are looking for some judges would you help please
thnx tom
Ok so if you get through the callback dates are 3rd and 4th june. Great Exmas that day in the morning, does anyone no what time they will be or what time they were? Its a bit silly because there will be NO 16 year olds because of GCSE’s, hopefully the date will be changed or the time will be after school?
After 10 hours my son didn’t get through the first audition for x-factor. He has sung across Europe, been a INgles and robbie williams look alike earning a lot of money - he auditions and sees very old women getting through and those who will make people laugh - but true talent is lost! His chance of getting on is lost to those with no talent - what a shame
hi simon my name is ryan i am 21 years old and have always wanted to be a singer i no i am good i just need the brake that we both no people need i would be so happy if you could email me an address so i could send you a cd of me singing i sing for my auntie who died 3 years ago i no you dont like much but please give me a chance
Hello Mr. Cowell,
You said once that “you can’t expect a singer to be a star right now, you have to create it!”, so I decided to take my chance.
I really admire your views and opinions so I will address you this in hope it reaches you personnally. I am french (celt in fact) and I want to get noticed by a record label or someone of the musical industry. I know I have a good sound in my voice (I sing in tune and right, that I know! Not so many professional singers can say the same! ) and I know that I will succeed one day. But I am stuck on a island and I don’t know how to proceed, I need a hand…
Would you please come on my website and at least, hear my voice to tell me how it is? I hope you will excuse my recording instruments who are not of the best quality.
http://fr.youtube.com/marychristmax
I will be, maybe foolishly, waiting for you to answer this. But it is in reaching that you can receive…
PLEASE MR. COWELL, I assure you it is worth the effort.
Thanking you for your patience.
AMANDINE
Dear Simon
I applied online to participate in X-factor in Jan/Feb and on the website it states that everyone should receive a letter by the end of april.
I entered myself 3 times just to be on the safe side & still haven’t received anything.
I was told the London auditions has already started but are there more london auditions to come.
I really really reallyyyy want to do it & would appreciate it if i could get a reply.
Yas
Hello, Simon! My name is Masha (Maria)
from Ukraine ( Kiev), I am 16.
I have one request. Recently I have found out about your competition. I ask you as the skilled person in a musical field of activity to state the estimation of my voice, to hear my voice, clicking under this reference:
http://narod.ru/disk/229413000/Malade_plus.mp3.html
Participation in your competition probably only after listening in London but to go there only for listening is not so comfortable.
I am sorry about my English ( we study it only 3 lessons a week)
Also I compose songs in various styles: RnB, Rock, Pop and I have soundtracks to these songs.
Beforehand huge to you thanks)) My E-mail is: Masha287@yandex.ru
Dear Simon Cowell
I am writing this letter to run a proposition to you. I have watched the X factor and often find that some of the contestants find it unfair when they are not excepted or are voted off. I would think that the if there was a member of the public on the panel that people voted off would find it much more easier to accept it, I also believe that it will boost the ratings of the show and that more people will apply to the x factor for a place on the show as they may feel that they have a better chance of getting in. I believe that i may be the person to do it. I am 16 years old and am at present taking my GCSE’s. I have a love of all types of music whether it be rock to pop. I am also a colourful character and am well spoken. I do not get stage fright and I also keep up with fashion and am a clean and well presented all round person.
Thank you for your time
yours sincerely
Michael Russell
Hi Simon
I live in Canada I came to Canada from the UK in 1968 I realize im over a year late with this message but rember Jordan Sparks sang a song (you will never walk alone) and you said that you didnt like it and that you had not no that song it kind of surprised me.
It was a very big hit with Gerry and the Pacemakers, and a favorate of mine.
I hope you get this and being British I laughed when you called Kellie Pickler A SEXY LITTLE MINX.
Dave Hemmings
Hi Simons helper. I hope that my thoughts get through to yer man. I am a retired merseyside cop and at the moment I am watching Britains got talent 20.30 hrs Wed 28.05.08. What a name you could make for yourself & the team if you took the Kung Fu boys and the three Newcastle girls on a tour of Brit & American bases throuout the World. I have got to say you were never a favourite of mine, But, you have got talent. I am a 56 year old who wants nothing but I would Love to hear your opinion on my thoughts…………Keep spreading the news Denis ( Merpol Ret )

Hello Simon,
I met you at a car garage on Saturday 24th May at the Romans Car Garage in Banstead….im the girl with the Italia Conti top on and with 2 other girls…
anyway i was just wondering if you could coem to a charity event at my school but im not going to say my school on here because anyone could read it.
I asked a teacher if I could get a celebrity to come and she said I needed to ask my head of year so I dont yet have full permission but I just want to know if you can come. I dont yet know when it is but when I get permission and your reply I will fill you in on it.
We might be putting on a show at our charity fayte and I think it will be good if we had a judge there, and also you would take pictures with people and sign autographs. It’s only a suggestion so if you can’t make it then don’t worry.
I still need my teachers permission but if you would like to come than please write back
thanks
Much love
Lauren xx
Hi Simon went to the emirates for my 2nd audition, I felt it went really well and i actually work as an entertainer on the circuit and have done for many years. I am 42 and have been singing since the age of 11. I have a good trained ear and I know the difference between singing flat or sharp. I have a strong powerful voice which is in tune, and with the ability of singing most styles of music. I applied last year and the year before and didn’t get through. This year, got through to the 2nd round with a well known old song sung by many artists, and added my own stamp to it, I believed i had a good chance this year, and hoped that i would eventually would get through. I have seen your shows in the past years and have seen how you work, I believed that If i had met u you would have got me through, but not got that far. This time round, after i sang the complete song and chorus to song, I was not asked to be stopped and i was told ‘no’ I asked why not, and was told that standards to show are much higher and could not understand as i have seen much less on shows. the only person i completely rate is leona lewis. I would like for you to take my views into account and would like to have your opinion. You probably have a lot of people writing to you but would like to think you would like to hear me personally. I look forward to hearing from you. kevin blackmore.
hi simon….just wanted to say that im so dissapointed and feel let down by what my child and probably thousands of others have had to go through!!
watching on tv you dont realise that there is 3 auditions before even getting to the point of meeting you on the xfactor and then have to supposedly wait for a letter yet people are getting calls after 2 days. if only you could see the amount of talent that has been knocked back so the less talented could take their place just to make ratings for itv. surely the show should be about talent not about any tom.dick or harry!!
my daughter got all the way to the 3rd audition and yet she still doesnt get the chance to prove her talent to the people that actually matter…doesnt make any sense at all!!! hopefully this message gets to you personally so you can understand what myself and thousands of others are feeling.
thanks
rose
well, the only reason im writing on here is because i dont no other way to get hold or u, can i sing i think so, have i got the looks to make it, i think so. i know u proberly get hundreds of these evry day, but simon, i want it. music is my life i love it, and i want ot have a carreer init. well her is my email adrees………www.justin87@hotmail.co.uk. u can have a look at my pictures on ther, if u like wot u c, then let me no how i can send a voice tape to u. thanks for ur time if u actually read this
Dear Simon,
hi! how are you. I’d like to start by saying you are a great guy with a really great personality. I must say you are usually spot on when it comes to judging be it in xfactor or american idol. However i cannot say the same about your colleague Piers MOrgan. I was just watching Americas got talent and i was completely and utterly disgusted by his rude remarks, he had nothing positive to say even to the children. I know you are the creator of the show so please is there any way you can caution this man or even better remove him from the panel. He is obviously trying very badly to be u and will ruin the show for you. Thank u yvonne
Hi Simon
Personally, I am more than happy that Sharon has left the X factor. I think a great replacement for her is the lovely Will Young. Nice bloke, talented, been through the process with Pop Idol so can totally relate to the contestants etc. I think he would get along with all the judges and I think having him on the panel can only help TV ratings.
Also, Si, my fella is a Personal Trainer and would like to send you a workout. He noticed that you have segs on your hands due to repeated press ups using your knuckles rather than your hands and has a workout that you can perform anywhere that will take no time at all to complete (because I believe you do not like to go to the gym), Can you let me know where to send it?
Hope you get this message Simon
Caroline
Hi Simon,
I love the X factor and me and my sister are always watching it, although I am no singer myself. It seems to me though, you always seem to get either a group or single act that is unhappy with their mentor. So I thought as an extra twist this year, after they have had their feedback from the song they have sung they could be given the opportunity to defect to another judge, although they would only be allowed to do this once.I think it would make for great TV and would also add even more competition between the judges ( if that is possible ).Thanks once again for a great programme.
Best regards
Helen
Dear Simon,
I think that you are the greatest television judge in the world. you are genuine and treat everybody equally. i like how you always give an honest responce and you say what you think. i personally think that you have the best t.v personality. i have always wanted to go on the X-Factor as it has always been my dream to become a singer. i am planning to go on it next year. the only problem is that i am a very sensitive person and the fact that i have grown up with this show(i am now 17)and am a huge fan of the judges espescially “Simon Cowell,” i don’t want to humiliate or dissappoint myself. People tell me all the time i have a good voice.i get told i sound like beyonce and whitney houston. i personally don’t believe my voice is that good and i do lack in confidence.Singing is the only thing thats ever kept me going and i think its one of the only talents i posess so it would break my heart. is there anyway i could send you a demo of my singing instead. then at least you could give me personal feedback if i am not good enough.
please reply back
thank you for taking the time to read this

Simon,
Always love the X Factor and indeed your other shows ie:Britains Got Talent,American idol.
However, please tell me the latest rumour regarding the X Factor is not true???
It has been mentioned in the press that you are thinking of making Cheryl Cole a judge to replace Sharon??!!?
No…please NO!
What we enjoy are the opinions of seasoned showbiz veterans or at the very least, like Piers Morgan for example, someone who has been around a bit.
My god, Cheryl Cole has zero credibility and at best..just enough celebrity, I am loath to use the word talent, to maybe compete with other contestants of the show at least as far as the very early rounds.
Please do not demean what is an excellent show by placing a person on the judges panel who has absolutely no right to be there.
hi simon,
this isn’t asking you to travel half way around the world to hear me sing because i have an incredible voice or some strange talent.
i just want you to watch this
http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/Owls/
i found it hilarious, especially since it stars you!
Does simon cowell have his own web site??
Hi Simon,
Would it be possible for those who get selected by all 3 members of the panel to be given some type of pass at the next stage with those who get only 2 of the vote slogging it out.
As this would add an edge to getting 3 yeses!

Hey SIMON, Hi, good day,
I wrote a song to inspire our soldiers called “Love and Hope”. This song is intended to inspire people who are far
away from eachother.
You can see it at:

I am writing to ask Simon if he would take 5 minutes to listen to some of my brothers music? He writes all of his music, all of the lyrics and produces in his office/studio. Ben Stimpson has recently teamed up with a solo artist Martin Humphrey and are producing some extrememly catchy. The two extremely marketable upper 20’s lads are from Deeping St.James East Anglia.

Hi,
Well I don’t know if you (Simon) ever get to read any of these, but we can hope.
Now this is not a plea for me for any of your shows but really a plea for you to listen to a young girl aged nine who is just amazing, she has a voice that belies her age. She sings on a Karaoke website called Singsnap. Now don’t be put off by the fact that this is Karaoke, she is just stunning vocally.
Here is a link to her song page, take a look and see if I’m not right.

I have to admit that I don’t expect this will get anywhere after all, your a very busy man and probably wouldn’t give this a second look but I’d have to say you’d be wrong to do so.
Once again this is not for me but purely for the fact that I believe this young lady has real talent.
Yours in hope of this actually being looked at.

To: Simon Cowell, I am interested in being on the next season of American Inventor. Will there be one? I have an idea that could tranform us from an oil burning world to a water burning world! I can build a working prototype of the device for pretty inexpensive but I need something like that show or larger bigger people to get involved. Right now I am paying 4.32 per gallon for Gasoline. The device I am talking about is capable of burning salt water I can promise you now that with the right support it will power an automobile with an electric motor please e-mail me back if you get this.

Dear Simon. i like watching your show all the time. and it makes me laugh it is the greatest Programme in the whole wide world i was hopeing to go on the X Factor because i do practice my singing in the mirror and i have a nice voice like the birds sing. just to let you know that you have picked the right person to win the X Factor Leon Jackson is a Fantastic Singer. and i have 2 CD’s of his it was so great i treated my self to get 2. and just to let you know that the Application Form is actually out of date you put it for 2007 but we are in 2008 now and they should be one for the 2008. Leon Jackson is my Farvourite Person. and My mum is a big Fan of Simon Cowell and she would like an Autograph from you she thinks about you all the time and she likes watching the X Factor because you were on it. Leon Jackson can go all the way to be a star and he will be on every television show if he does well. he has me and my family to support him.
Hello
My name is Jennifer Owens I am 13 years old
I have been waiting for the chance to show off my talent to you for years. But I am unfortunately to young to enter any of your talent shows. I recently made a myspace music account so i would love it for you too take a look and tell me what you think.
I have been singing from the age of 3 and I get the talent from my mum and dad who also do alot of singing.
I recently played dorothy in a semi professional production of wizard of OZ.
I enter many talent shows and finished I the top 3 almost every time. I am known at school for being a singer and sing every year in my dancing schools annual dance show. So some may say I am quite experienced. Last year I auditioned for ’sound of music’ twice . Both time I was called back but both times I was turned down because of my height.
I would like to believe I have something special but I can only be sure of this if I am given feedback ,weather it be good or bad, from a professional.
Please take the time to listen to my song’s and get back to me.
thanks.

Kevin,
Seriously you have as much chance of a personal viewing with Simon as you have with the Queen, in fact the Queen might be a better chance…
Ok they let you sing the whole song so they probably enjoyed it… the thing about this show is its called the x-factor and maybe you just dont have it…., its not just about a good voice, its that something extra that grabs the viewers and its not just looks, but maybe “A Look”…..trust me there are 10 000 people out there that sing as well as you, the world is full of really good singers but you need an edge… Think about it, there would be 100 000 people that sing better than Rod Stewart and are better looking(not hard) but hes a superstar and they arent, he has the X-Factor… Sing something different, dress for the event to stand out and have another go at getting in next year….
and serioulsy Ive judged over 100 singing competitions and met hundreds of people that could sing really well but hundreds of them were also boring and sang boring songs….
The other thing is Ive heard so many people say they were better than someone else and they just werent. Only in their opinion and the opinion of their friends and families… every one else that heard and didnt know them, didnt think much of their singing……..
You want to see what having the X-Factor is, google Emily Harder singing her original song X-Factor and you’ll find a 12 yr old that has it.
hi simon i am a 21 yr old i have three kids and wanting to get somewhere in life i think i can make it just wondering how i go about it please get back to me xx
hi y can the xfactor not come up to sunderland becase i no there is alot of talent up here and i would like to go on the xfactor but it is just too see if i am any good or not but if i did go on the xfactor i would prefer my audition not to go on the tv unless i got into boot camp then i would not be bovered bout it
Hi Simon
I work for NI’s longest running entertainment magazine who also
run the longest running Irish Entertainment Awards - aka -
The Big Buzz Awards. Now in their 9th year, our team do nothing
but talk about you and Louis Walsh and the X-Factor, American
Idol etc.
Anyway, we want to see you or Louis at this year’s 9th annual
awards taking place at Belfast’s Park Plaza Hotel on Sept. 19th.
Is there any chance?
Westlife won four awards from our votes in the past and as of
yet, we have only got video footage!
You would love the Big Buzz Awards, we would love you there.
Hope to hear from you soon.

hi simon,
i would love more than anything to be able to sing for you infront of loads of people, but since my nana has died 6 years ago im really scared of going onto a stage infront of people. i am an average singer and need tips before next years auditions to over come my stage fright and to strengthen my voice.
Any tips would be grate.
Dear X Factor Company,
I would like to audition X Factor, but I don’t know how I get in it. Some people say I have beautful singing voice. I do drama group at Ferneham Hall in Fareham and do singing lesson. I’m not sure what the rules of X Factor. Can I sing from musicals? I’m 17 years old. Don’t know if I might hear from you.

Simon, check this out … http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOh9YTZ31JQ … the next solo artist you should sign up (it is not me for all the querulants).
Dear Simon
I think for next years x factor i think you should add a new judge, but not any judge however. For this show to get to the best I think you should add a civilian judge who can represent everyone who is watching it.
Also i think this judge should be young and still in there teenage years (16-19 years old). This person can also represent the younger viewers and cast his or hers vote thinking about what a young person would want in a new talent in the music industry.
I would love this to be me but its up to you im 16 and i think I would make a fantastic jugde. You might think it would not work because of the groups and the mentors, But this judge can be neutral and will not be a mentor in the live finals.
i hope you can get in contact with me because I would love to hear what you think about this idea even if you think its a bad idea i would like to hear your view on it.
This would be my dream to be able to judge others because it could set up a big career for me or any other teenages like myself. It was great that i had this opportunity to contact you.
hope you are able to contact me back. If not i will try other ways to get in contact with you
yours sincerely

My son has just been offered a full time place at itlia conti theatre arts school but because of circumstances was unable to be awared a scholarship as he was unwell for is first audition and had another chance in march, I have not been succusful in getting help with funding and I was wondering if you had any advice as i would like to setup a website to help raise money so he can live his dream of becoming a singer/actor he has a raw talent so we have been told and has been performing since te age of 6 yrs. Dear Simon
i just wanted to say that i have been trying to find a way to get a form to go on the xfactor, i can’t seem to find a form anywhere!! so i just wanted to say that i have talent, and that i’m still young so you could shape me into the image you want the public to see and train my voice to become better and more mature than it is now.
i now this isn’t very professional and i am not expecting a reply but i really think you should except to hear me. i bet this doesn’t even go to you but someone who reads all your fan mail and pleas and you never even get to read this but hay at least i tried.
for the past few months i’ve been trying to find auditions for some experience but you never know which ones are right to go for. if you could give me a chance email me and give me an address to send you a cd of my voice. think about it this way if you accept this and it comes up good you would benefit from this, and if you don’t like the sound of me, what, i’ve wasted 3-4 mins of your day what harm could it do?! and if you like the sound of me let me know and if you don’t want to go any futhrer than that, thats fine could you just tell me how to get myself out there and the way to go about it. thanks. georgie cox age 15
im Natasha denby im 13 years old and 14 on the 23/12 in 2 months time im from south Wales.
singing has always been my dream since i was about 2 ive always said i wanna be a popstar ..
but now ive come to reality big time and its who i wanna be, ive been singing all my life non stop.
i wanna give x-factor a go - how old do you have to be?
im dying to go on to show to become who i’ve always wanted to be, and ive learnt you’ve only got one life so love life,
but please write back, much love Tasha xx
OMG!!! you sent home Hannah Bradbeer!! i’m so angry she has to have been one of the best singers i’ve ever seen on your show. i never ever make posts about anything but this had to be done.
hello to the itv team.
ever since pop idol and x factor first started there has only ever been, what I would say, 2 really talented singers, will young being the first and Leona Lewis the second. they both have something very special, when I heard Hannah bradbeer sing on sat night I thought it was the best I have heard since will young won pop idol, Hannah is the best female singer in the competition and to watch the shootout on Sunday night I just cannot believe she is not in the final. I am utterly disgusted, and I don’t even feel like I want to watch the rest of the show now. I am telling you this girl is a star and I would buy her records just to listen to her amazing voice. I reckon you lot must have ear plugs in or something. my advice is let Cheryl Cole have 4 singers and get Hannah back in there for next sat for the live show. I am telling you, she could win x factor
please pass this on to the x factor crew

Can not say any more than what has been said.I have tried to contact Simon Coweel for the last couple of days to ask him to get her back.Biggest mistake of Cheryl Coles life.I was so disgusted when she was kicked out and can only now think that it is a fix and they already have someone in mind to win it.She would have been serious competition for anyone, what a talent. We need to get her back as I was looking forward to see how far she would get in the competition.Simon Cowell,if you read these.GET HER BACK IN TODAY……..
Hello ITV team and X-Factor people,
Hannah Bradbeer MUST release a cd. Her voice is fantastic. I want to hear more from her.
I would like to see Girls Aloud, X-Factor winner and Hannah (you are a star) Bradbeer release a Christmas single. Hannah’s will ouitsell the others by millions!
Release an album Hannah, then tour live so I can hear your beautifull voice again.
Claire
It would be so much better when it comes to the sing-off if the judges wrote down their choices in a ‘weakest link’ style, as then there is less chance of ending up in the deadlock situation we were faced in tonight. Louis is a complete coward, he must have had a preference between the two bands.
Dear Simon,
I am Jamie Clarke and I’m only 16 years of age. Since i was 11 i have been a lighting and sound technician for my school and have done numerous private hires including theatre and dance show. But my main aim is to break into the music industry and be the next You! as bold as it maybe but i have big goals in life and I’m determined to achieve them. This is where i was hoping you could tell me the best way to break into the music industry? Or just any advice you think may be helpful. I would appreciate a reply but i no you are a very busy man.
Thank You So Much For Your Time

Just curious about how Hanna Bradbeer could be rejected to go to the live shows on xfactor?????? Its a travesty, alot of talented people were turned away during the first auditions in London aswell, I was told my story wasn’t interesting enough, and that I was originally from South Africa, which would’nt be ” a selling” point for the show… you’d be surprized at how much viewers see through all the superficial sob stories..I laugh at the xfactor when I look back and see just how fake the process is.. Only hope genuinly talentend people like Hanna don’t give up their based on what the “judges” have to say…As for the xfactor..alot more dreams have been broken than made true..One should make a T.V show drenched in sob stories of all the TALENTED people turned away before the show was even aired..Simon Cowell…well, nuff said!!!
Josh Groban is pretty good? And very handsome. A Josh Groban week 2009 would be super. Very difficult though! But X Factor should be a challenge.
A Josh would be very testing but would quickly sort out the maybes !

As someone who has been in Iraq twcie during very difficult and dangerous times I was touched in relation to your recent involvement in ‘Help For Heroes’. I must confess that as a 41 year old begrudgingly watching X factor as a result of my dear beloved wife; I was astounded to hear of your personal involvement in the campaign. I was moved to tears and have been virutally inconsolable since. I was stationed in Baghdad between Feb and May 2004 and Basrah between May and Sept 2007. During my time there I personally had to endure more that 12 young men dying in tragic circumstances. Your ‘Help For Heroes’ record was personally sung by my daughter durning my wedding in 2002 and I will never forget the impact on my life on the effect of this record. You really have no idea on the effect this had had on me and I am eternally gratefull on the impact on releasing this record for such a worthy cause. My kindest regards

Hi I would just like to say how amazing you , the x factor are for supporting our incredible heroes its about time they got the recognition they deserve and please dont give up because of Omar Bakris repulsive racist comments he wouldn’t stand a chance against Simon anyway! x
SImon you can win the Xfacter i made a mistake by signing up for Britains got talent
Best entertainment on television. Simon, you are a definate to receive a knighthood. Sir Simon Cowell has a good ring to it.
Best wishes
Dear mr. Simon, about Ruth Lorenzo… girl has got the voice… and ok, i know, she’s not like Leona Lewis… Leona is great… but Ruth is more than that, more than great… Ruth has everything… she’s not just voice like Leona… Ruth is voice, passion, emotions… and Ruth’s version of Purple Rain…. daaaaaaaaamn… no offense… but no one could perform Purple Rain like that…. that was A M A Z I N G… Keep this girl in the show….
p.s. and the worst thing of all is that you know this…
Hi Simon. I can’t believe you read these comments, but here goes.
I was devastated that Laura White was booted off last night, what were the british public thinking? I hope you can help her behind the scenes and develop her like she deserves. She was phenominal, a rare talent. You are brilliantly perceptive and are spot on with your analysis, so hope you can bring yourself to help her in some way. Surely you cannot let that voice go, it would be a complete waste. She was the unfortunate victim of some bad choices, songs, image etc, through no fault of her own, but she will be the one paying the price. Why should some of the others on the show, less talented than her, be given the chance and she just fades away. I really hope you can help her. many thanks Liz Berry
Dear Simon,
I am sure that you have tons of things to do and tons of fan mails to read.
I just would like to give you a feed back about the X-factor as a viewer.
For years now I ponder about this. You pick three cathegories for the singing contest. Everytime a contestent is knocked off there are hues and cries. Yet as a producer, surely you must know how unfair it seems that these cathegories have to compete with one another. A young man voice is not the same as a girls and over 25’s are not the same as the other two and a group of singers definetly cannot compete with one singer.
I was wondering if you would consider rewriting the rules and pick a winner in each cathegorie? This seems a lot more fairer.
After last Saturday I would find it very hard to watch X-factor. Shame beause your program allows me to rest and just enjoy entertainment TV.
