I would like to start off by saying, that Cheryl Cole is either mentally retarded or is very hard of hearing, because I definiately heard a much stronger and soulful voice coming from Hannah Bradbeer. So instead, we have Diana Vickers in the live shows. Are we blessed with amazing talent? Course not. Instead we have to sit through several pain-staking minutes when shes performing, and several more when shes voted in for another week. Who is voting for her? Why are you voting for her? She has an annoying voice, that sounds like a frog is dying in her throat, bare feet which don’t make her look interesting and hands that move about so much a blindman would be distracted. I hope that myself and the British nation don’t have to suffer with her for much longer.
Dianas voice is very raw and unique , and so is her style.
Plus she only wears bare feet so she doesnt fall over in 6 inch heels! She is super pretty and people are voting for her becasue she is different and they want to listen to her voice obviously. So just let that hannah bradbeer go, there was a reason she didnt go through and Diana did!!
Firstly, her voice is not unique and raw, its annoying. I’m sure somewhere in that mimiscule throat of hers, there’s a choking frog dying to get out. Secondly, if she can’t walk in six inch heels, I don’t class her as a true lady (maybe shes a half-breed?) I mean I don’t see the other female contestants complaining? She just wants attention because shes not getting the recogniton for her voice like the others are. Finally, your right, there is a reason why, Diana got through and Hannah didn’t. That reason is Cheryl Cole. But I don’t blame her because she was recently diagnosed with a rare condition known as I-can’t-recognise-good-talent-when-I-hear-it syndrome
she actually had shoes on b4 the first live show but she was so nervous that she took them off just b4 going on stage! she even wore no shoes recording the hero track!
her voice is contempory and unique. all the songs she sang are better than the origionals esp man in the mirror! cheryl cole is deadly and was so right to put her in! hannah was a good singer but did not hav the “x factor”! diana is better and more likeable with her quirky charm!
I have to admit I was not a massive fan of Diana at the start of the show, but she has grown on me a lot now and I think she is fab. I agree that Hannah is very talented and I was routing for Amy to get through but she didn’t. However, I think Cheryl had the hardest category to pick from as there was so much good talent, and I think she did a brilliant job.
I would like to mention that it is very rude and inappropriate to say that women who can not walk in 6 inch heels are not true ladies! Does that also work in reverse - that men who can walk in heels are not real men? Being able to walk in heels does not make someone a lady - there are plenty that can walk in heels that I would not class as ladies!
lilly - I agree that her quirky charm does make her worthy of having the x factor and she definitely deserves to be there in the live shows.
To address the issue about her not being able to wear six inch heels? There is such thing as flat shoes? And shoes never bothered her before when she auditions in nice lovely hight heels? Her excuse is silly, she is just trying to be different and get attention, but what she fails to realise is that the british public are not fools, the no shoes routine has been done before! nothing unique and quirky about a copy cat that has been dragged through a hedge backwards…..maybe frizz control is what she needs! Now my favourite contestant laura white is out, I want JSL OR Ruth to win!!!
I will be very disappointed if Diana wins. She thinks people are stupid, she is a public school educated toff !
Unique Voice?
Unique doesn’t mean good she is simply put the worst most irritating ‘performer’ of them all.
And what are the hand movements all about? Does she have some form of learning difficulties?
and what is wrong with public schools??

I’m sorry but it seems like all you guys who are dissing her are jealous.
And by the way wearing no shoes is probably more comfortable for her. If I could I would never wear shoes. But thats just my opinion.
You can have your own opinions but when you start to be mean about it then its just stupid. And also what does it matter that she goes to public school?
I think shes good and I know for a fact that you guys are all jealous of her because it’s just so obvious.
And dont try and insult her hair because i know people who would kill for hair like hers.
And ‘Mike’ saying that because she moves her hands around means that she has learning difficulties is plain stupid. You should open your eyes and take a good look around because in this world if you say things like that you will get automatically hated, so shut up and get a life.

i will start of by saying that dianna is from accrinton and so am i, she is a very talented young girl and has lots of protential, i think that u lot realy need to get a life because u are arguing online.
plus i bet u lot who think dianna is not good dnt even vote so u will not realy have a say.

diane vickers has got to be the most irratating contestant yet . her hands need strapping up behind her back its cringe worthy when she starts putting them up by her cheek she has a weird voice and why cant she wear shoes on stage everybody else manages it she reminds me of a dippy hippy!!

Diana is the worst singer of the last 5, bare foot means disrespect to the people on stage with her and to the public.
Unfortunately the competition is no longer about the best singer, but is about the judges and whose act is going to win.
The competition is becoming unpleasent to watch, Loui is always arguing with every one and Cheryl has no idea what she is talking about
Diannna annoys me so mucchh she has such bad skin and got her chopppers out every week she annoooys me so much a dnt like her style of clothes either she wears tops as DRESSSSES with no tightss

hiya i have no idea what peoples problem is with somebody being barefeet….dont you realise that ALL foot problems such as fungal infections, ingrown toenals, dry feet etc are caused by wearing shoes?? What do you think people did when they didnt have shoes….go around slating each other? No disrespect to yourselves but there is nothing wrong with being barefoot….you wouldnt discriminate towards somebody for not wearing gloves?
i was supporting Diana in the x factor and it was because of 2 things 1-she was good and 2- im from Blackburn.may i say i did’nt care whether she sung barefoot,stilettoed or even wearing pumps. i really did’nt give 1 so the show is over the wrong person won and you get over your issues with Diana and i will get over my issues with an exapt replica of Leona Lewis winning
