Beyoncé Offered $500 Million To Join TheXFactor

There is no turning back now that Simon Cowell has decided to dump Steve Jones, Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger from TheXFactor show. Currently he is working hard to get viewing ratings soaring for the 2012 series meaning he needs to take it up a notch, and that notch could cost him $500 million. It has been reported that Beyoncé Knowles has been offered the whopping sum to feature as a judge on the show. Surely this will reign in the viewers, but would a pop princess like Beyoncé judge a talent show like The X Factor?

TheXFactor Bosses Are Desperate For New Faces On The Panel

Many reports as of late have left people a little misguided on exactly what TheXFactor bosses will decide on for their new judging panel, and also for their new host. Already interest has been shown in asking Mariah Carey to join the show. Despite this being a good move, her husband Nick Cannon said it would be a major ‘step down’ for the successful singer. It is unknown whether she will join or not, but she is not the only name the XFactor bosses are talking about. Other famous names that have been debated include Cheryl Cole (who quite publicly told Simon to ‘get lost), Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry.

Beyoncé Would Help Ratings On TheXFactor

Beyoncé is one of the most famous singers in the world. Beginning her career in the triumphant girl group, ‘Destiny’s Child’, Beyoncé has since managed to sustain a brilliant solo career. Her fan base continues to grow and she is renowned for both her exceptional vocals and her eye-catching dance moves. The voluptuous woman is married to Jay-Z, a fellow individual in the music industry. Due to her high celebrity status, and being wed to an equally well-known person, Beyoncé would certainly boost the ratings on TheXFactor show.

Possible Judge Of TheXFactor Just Gave Birth

Although Simon Cowell wants a ‘big female artist’ on TheXFactor panel, he may not get his wish because Beyoncé Knowles just gave birth to her first child with Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter. Her time is sure to be taken up in the first few months of caring for the baby, but if Beyoncé decides that she wants to sign on the dotted line, she will bag $100 million per series of the XFactor, due to it being a five-year deal. This is the largest amount any celebrity has been offered to judge and mentor TheXFactor, but Beyoncé has some time to think about the offer before we find out what she chooses.
