This week we will enjoy another campy live show full of  the Best of British music on The X Factor live show. I had researched Adam Ant, when it was rumoured to be a song choice by rhydian. I cannot believe the time wasted. I had interviewed Band members and managers of people who played with Adam Ant in the 80’s, and had some funny stories, that will never be told now. I was so much going to enjoy rhydian with a puffy shirt and heavy war paint makeup, or at least a white line across his face. Is it still possible that a song could change before the live show? hope should seriously look into changing their spice girls song to more uptempo, and do it quickly before its to late.

You cannot get more campy than songs from Queen and Wham.

One of the best bands from the 80’s will perform live on the results show. Duran Duran, will not only perform, but will mentor the finalists on how to be campy. I hope all the drugs didn’t slow them down to much. (Who’s older Simon Lebon or Dannii Minogue?)

This week we will see something new, when each finalist will perform two songs. Possibly over the drama that hope has caused in allowing phoebe brown to sing lead on the last couple live shows. This week it was promised by simon cowell, that would not be repeated.

Hope will sing the famous queen anthem “We Will Rock You” and then will sing the spice girls hit, “2 Become 1.” I would have thought rhydian would have locked out anyone else from singing anything sung by freddy mercury and queen. The song that hope chose to sing by the spice girls is one of their most boring song choices, and will almost without a doubt knock them out of the competition and put us all to sleep.

Same Difference sticks with their formula of fun and happiness with their performance of wham’s big hit “Wake Me up Before You Go Go”  and Any Dream Will Do.

Leon Jackson sings for maybe his last time with “The Long and Winding Road” and “Crazy Little Thing Called Love.” Very weak song choices, and the only thing saving leon this week is the uptempo song choices, that will put us all in a good mood and make us smile, and maybe snapping our fingers.

Rhydian Roberts continues on his gay theme, of singing flamboyant gay men’s anthems, and attempts to do his best freddy mercury and queen while being all camped out singing ” Somebody To Love”, and “I Vow to Thee My Country/World In Union.” Is it possible people will finaly wake up and understand just because he is young and good looking, that he is no popular music singer, and its not mainstream music that he is capable of singing. The momentum might be to strong now, as most people have picked him for the past couple of weeks as this years x factor winner.

Lastly, Our old momma Niki Evans,  performs Fields of Gold and Total Eclipse of The Heart. This is a great song choice for momma niki, as she will be able to show off the best female talent left on the show.

Good bye Hope.

While Leon will also be in the bottom two for the first time.

At least he will be close enough to able to give emily a goodbye kiss. And, phoebe brown can move on with her seX tape and porn career, that so many people are more interested in, than her music.

If age is a factor like it was for beverley, then niki will be in the bottom two for the first time this week. It sure won’t be based on her singing ability. but it wasn’t for beverley either, and she is gone.

Leon will have to kiss emily in the toilet later.

What kind of emotionless reaction will dannii minogue give us this week? Can’t smile, Can’t frown, what can she do??? suttle inuendos from a botox freak. (sung to goody goody 2 shoes adam ant) I had to change the words because dannii does drink…

As soon as leon or hope are gone this week, it will be the children voters against all the gay and women voters. It will mean that niki will be leaving sooner than expected to make way for the show down of the TV viewers.

What we have is a showdown between the high school musical crowd and everyone else. Very hard to say if the votes are left to the viewers. If the vote was left to the judges, then rhydian will be the clear winner.

Simon Cowell stopped the woo woo girls of hope from quitting…

Simon Cowell stopped another mass exodus of some of the only drama left on the show.

It turns out the girls have been fighting mad over giving all lead vocals to phoebe brown.

Simon Cowell told the media that:  “phoebe will not be singing the lead alone, and the other girls will be sharing in “two songs” performed on live show 7.

This fight is like a dysfunctional family:

Between the other finalists like the latest reject Beverley, who complained about hope being favoured by simon cowell. They are jealous and can’t understand why a 16 year old seX tape porn star has more interest than the old hag beverley. Even though beverley had a better voice.

what are they fighting about if they are still in the competition?

charlie mole’s big mouth, complaining about phoebe brown getting to sing lead vocals and getting special attention and private mentoring by simon cowell.

lastly between niki complaining about them all being pigs, and hiding her pots and pans, the show managed to keep a little drama.

Simon revealed on Saturday, “The girls will be sharing lead vocals next week”. Because he is the boss and he said so!

This week on the x factor live, will end the toilet romance of emily and leon once and for all. As the x factor finalists house lost more and more finalists, there was much more space for romance in the house that originally fit 12 competing acts.

Just when the two marginally talented, and in need of a gimmick contestants were to get the house to themselves, it is certain they will be separated. (romance for the sake of media attention and public votes worked for leon for a few weeks)

The separation will only be until the x factor tour starts, and where they will be cramped together once again. This time in a tour bus.

If we look at who is left in the x factor competition, you know that leon or hope will be the next to be leaving. The fan support for same difference is to high, as they have all the young voters and their parents behind them. Niki will be around until the final show when rhydian becomes the x factor winner.

Leon used to follow Icaro around the seX factor mansion and get advice from Icaro.

Leon learned from Icaro that the bathroom was the place for all ROMANCE.

Each week that an x factor finalist is voted off the x factor, a room and a bed open up in the x factor house. leon and emily no longer need to lock the toilet door, nor do they need to use the toilet for their relationship anymore, and niki can stop hiding her toiletries.

The official x factor ITV website explains the current sleeping condition as: “the girls have not switched dorm rooms to get away from each other.”

“Tabloid rumours that the girls can’t bear to be in the same room as each other are false”

“Tabloid rumours and x factor finalist reject Beverley, have confirmed that Charlie Mole is very upset about phoebe brown getting lead vocals, while she is just a woo woo girl.

The official site goes on to explain the living arrangements: “When the band moved into the house, the boyband and girlband shared the top floor of the building. Futureproof had one giant room, and Hope had two smaller rooms between them. The girls still occupy those rooms.”

The official x factor site interviewed the girls of hope for there own account of the living conditions together:

Says Raquelle (who shares with Pheobe and Leah), “None of us has moved beds. No-one in the house has switched. It can be a bit minging at times… but we’re used to it. This is our home now!”

Leah agrees. “We are used to each other’s ways. I’m definitely the one that gets up early, Raquelle is the one who can’t get up, Pheobe is the clean freak…”

And Charlie has also remained in her original bed: “Me and Emily have got the box room, you couldn’t swing a kitten in there let alone a cat”.

Says Emily, “We have to shuffle around, there are so many piles of clothes on the floor”!

When rhydian roberts tried out for another TV show, he was surrounded by men with much more talent and experience then himself. To say that Andrew Lloyd Webber made a mistake, is an insult to all the talented rhydian style performers. In a room full of rhydians, how do you pick the best singer?

“x factor judge Sharon Osbourne pointed out what a huge mistake Andrew Lloyd Webber had made by not noticing Rhydian’s talent for musical theatre in the auditions for Joseph.”

The point is that rhydian would have been better suited for a theatrical performance like joseph, then trying to act like he has a popular singing voice. We see that no matter how you dress him, no matter how you accompany him, no matter how you change the songs tempo, he always sounds the same. Rhydian has a theatrical voice that belongs on a stage of theater. Rhydian does not belong on the stage of the x factor.

How to diguise a bad figure? It all starts with a hairstyle. Niki as we all know has been given a new head of hair, which is fuller, longer and coloured. Add to that a celebrity hairstylist creation and you end up not paying as much attention to the fact that niki is the oldest and worst figure of the remaining finalists. Another tip is to wear red. This is a stunning colour that makes up for a lack of excitement and beauty from the person wearing it. Another tip is a wide waist belt that almost acts as a corset and  gives the appearance of a smaller waist . Make up is the remaining factor to disguise a bad figure, because once again it grabs attention away from a bad figure, and can decrease the age of the person underneath the cosmetics.

The list of who wore what is coming out much more quickly these days, and as you should remember this is product placement and every designer pays to have their clothes worn, or the designer is not mentioned or the name of the designer is given in error for one that is paying for their name to be mentioned.

hope is the smartest group in pulling the most stylistic and costly designers. They are smart because every week could be their last, and having the chance to wear the worlds best and most desired designers they will form allegences with the designers and will be allowed to attend fashion shows in Milan, Paris, New York, Los Angeles. Very smart move indeed if you love the fashion business. Look at the names of the designers that the girls of hope were able to pull: Prada, Dianne Von Furstenberg, Alexander McQueen, D&G. Charlie Mole is the only one without the biggest designers. Charlie is either not into fashion or she was paid to wear the designers she had on. If you remember, the girls said they were taking over as their own stylists for the show. It took leona lewis to win the x factor, and have clive davis behind her to learn about the world of fashion and to be clothed in the worlds best designers

Ozwald Boateng does something different than other designers, in that he personally tailors and custom designs the suits, shirts and ties of the people he chooses to wear his clothing. Boateng pays special attention to deatil, and his trademark can sometimes only be seen by the person wearing his designs. For instance he lines his jackets with a coloured silk that is so vibrant in beauty that press and photographers have to know its boateng before asking the wearer to open their coat so they can photograph th inside as well. Ozwald Boateng used to dress my sisters clients, and I have personally met him on several occasions. Oswald also hand delivers his own designs in place of hiring a messenger service to do the job. This designer is all class, all style and rhydian is so lucky to be wearing anything from Ozwald Boateng.

I am so excited to see Betsey Johnson taking an interest in Sarah of same difference. Everything about Betsey Johnson is colourful, energetic, young, vibrant and exciting. To say that same difference gave themselves a break from their usual antics of running, riding, dancing, and other gimmicks would be giving injustice to Betsey Johnson and her unique fashion style.

Why oh Why did sean settle for zara man? while the tailoring is italian, and only made for extremely skinny people, it does not have the price tag as something like brioni or even the most fabulous designer etro.

It took so long for someone else to write something bad about dannii minogue, but it was worth the wait.

the x factor fan site took a realistic approach to attacking a terrible role model in dannii minogue, and waited for backing support and it was finally delivered by the fashion and beauty site o so you blog

The only thing they said that was nice in their accurate article was that the usually drunken dannii minogue has the intelligence to ride in car with a driver.

The other thing they wrote which I found to be fascinating was that they discoverd and wrote that dannii minogue is a frequent visitor to the cosmetic surgeon where she undergoes regular treatments with botox. Her facial appearance, and her inabilty for facial expressions is the tell tale sign of her botox treatments. A look of being teary eyed is great for emotional expression, if thats all she has.

The article goes on to say that she is using all of her theatrical abilities, that she learned from her long running Australian TV Soap opera Home and Away, and that she is not being at all sincere in most things she says on live TV or on tape.

I applaud all of the writers at o so you blog  and will always love you. Thank you for making my weekend so complete.

phoebe brown private school is revealed:

16  year old seX Tape star and hope lead singer phoebe brown was outed once again, this time by her ex boyfiend gardener Jamie Alison (18). from West Byfleet. x factor finalist phoebe brown, from Addlestone, Surrey, and Jamie went to private school together.

Jessica Boulton dug up the ex boyfriend, who probably came forward to get his 15 minutes of fame. Lets face it, phoebe is now a world reknown pop star who is desired by men all around the world. phoebe brown is much more popular than rhydian at a ratio of 3 to 1.

The x factor fan site has done another statistic as to just how popular phoebe brown is, and has come to the conclusion that phoebe interest is doubled of the interest for rhydian, in the 100,000’s of visitors who read at a ratio of 3 to1.

phoebe brown shines singing lead vocals to Hope’s cover of Christina Aguilera’s love song Hurt. People want to know if the 16 year old singing sensation will go solo once the show and live tour are over? The answer is: at 16 years old, she has her whole life in front of her, and the answer is “yes” she will be a solo star very soon.

As reported by the x factor fan site, if the seX tape is released to the public, phoebe will become an even bigger star than for her singing on the live shows of the x factor.

Now what we are waiting for is one of the people in the seX tape who also want thier 15 minutes of fame.

While we will not be watching underage porn tapes, that does not stop the publics interest in seeing them.

The very talented x factor finalist Beverley Trotman, is gone…

People have always known that if you are a talented singer, but your old and kind of fat, and you have a bad hairstyle, you will not make it. This is what happened to Beverley Trotman as her dream has ended tonight. Beverley won’t have to wait long to take the center stage again, when she goes on the x factor tour. She was a teacher for goodness sake, and her students love her. At least she doesn’t have a loser job to go back to like andy, leon, all of hope, all of future proof, daniel, well lets just say her teaching job is more worthwhile than most on the show.  Lets also say that she has accomplished much more in life than most on the show, and has a teaching degree. There is so many good things about beverley, that makes her all class.

The only competitor this year to handle the stress of a decision to send them home was Icaro. Everyone else has their bags packing in fear, asone of the best singers in season four is going home. They were all thinking it could have been them.

Westlife was not allowed to promote their newest single, because the show had looked like a platform for the acts that louis and simon manage or have a vested interest in. They still only go with SONY acts, but that is because they are easier to book for the show, who has a strong connection with.

Could there be such a backlash for rhydian over his usual campy or broadway gay themes, that leave leon as the only true female hearththrob and leave rhydian to the only true male heartthrob? In their cases, talent means less then their looks, as leon will now seemingly be around longer than the old and plain looking niki.

Live show 6 and the review:

Andy was the heartthrob, and people thought that andy williams would make it through  because of his good looks more than his singing. Leon is very similar, but instead of his looks, the producers tried to manufacture a personality out of leon. This will all backfire in the end, because leon does not have the body of rhydian, andy or even that of Icaro, nor does he have the talent of his main competitor rhydian, in the boys department. Roller skaters were blamed on Alisha leaving last week, and Hope blamed their stylist and the bad wardrobe on them being placed in the bottom two. Rhydian also complained about being made to look  campy. Niki complained about her living conditions and pots and pans to eat and drink from hurting her performance. Last minute song changes bothering same difference. Any Excuses this week?

The six finalists were allowed to try to get their home towns behind them by suprise visiting, for the sake of press and a larger audience for sure.  Leona Lewis is actually helping the x factor, and returning the favour of making her famous, by having a big hit and keeping peoples dreams alive to becoming the winner of the x factor.
Leon

Was allowed to perform last,which is a bad thing in his case, because people will remember  how weak of a singer he really is. The 1962 hit by Ray Charles, You Don’t Know Me. This song should have gone to somebody with a much better voice than leon, but for a last performance it was not bad.

The x factor judges comments:

Louis Walsh said: “Leon, I love that song, You picked a brilliant song. You’re getting better and better every week. Forget Michael Buble, I want Leon – you’re as good as Michael Buble!

Sharon Osbourne said: “Leon you were totally in your comfort zone… so relaxed and spot on tonight. As I said before, you are the dark horse in the contest!”

Simon Cowell said: “Leon you messed up the start, you messed up a bit. I have sat here week after week wondering why you are still in the competition”…(the boos were deafening)

Dannii Minogue said while crying: “I am absolutely crying again and I feel like part of the family, it was amazing”.

BeverleyThe first of the evening was Beverley. Singing Mariah Carey’s Without You,  with the help of harlan on the piano.

Sharon Osbourne said: “Beverley I think that’s one of the greatest love songs that’s ever been written and you did it such justice, you were spectacular. I had goose-bumps.”

Dannii Minogue said: “What were they serving at the canteen between dress rehearsals and now, it wasn’t like that the last time you sang it”.

Simon Cowell said: “When you started I thought we’d have a problem, but even though it wasn’t perfect you made it special”.

Louis Walsh said: “You look like a diva and sung like a diva… please vote for Beverley everybody at home! He was begging for votes on live TV! It has worked in the past, why not now?

Same Difference was the second act of the night. Sean and Sarah’s the brother sister duo had no gimmicks, no bicycles, no dancing, no streamers or confetti.  Did it work? Sarah did manage to wear a prom dress probably made by divacorsets? The duo sang Starship’s “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Me Now”.  The fans were on their feet once again.

the x factor judges comment:

Louis Walsh said: “On a very positive note, I think that was your best performance so far. I’m glad you got rid of all the gimmicks. ”

Dannii Minogue said: “It was great to see how uncomfortable Louis Walsh was throughout that performance.”

Sharon Osbourne said: “I am so happy that Daddy Warbucks let you grow up tonight. He’s taken you out of Blue Peter, and into ‘O7.”

Simon WCowell said: “I hope that Louis Walsh bumps into James the club manager one dark night. Ignoring Mr Grumpy I thought it was your best performance so far. I think you would have a hit record with that!”

Niki

Niki was next to perform. Dressed in red and using the sympathy card by letting us know the love song was her late dad’s favourite song, “The Power Of Love” by Jennifer Rush. Her husband also was allowed to speak for the first time saying “I’m so proud, I’m going to change my name to Niki’s husband!”

Sharon Osbourne said: “Niki, amazing song. You sang it with great emotion, you were unbelievable and you deserve to be here til the very end.”

Dannii Minogue said: “It was a great performance. I can see how emotional you are, just leading up the end you lost the note, but the rest of it was great.”

Simon Cowell said: “It was a million times better than last week Niki, I am so impressed with what you just did because now we have a competition”.

Louis Walsh said: “Very few people can see it just how difficult it is to sing the first part acapella as you did you are a proper diva, very impressed.”

Rhydian

Rhydian vowed to change his style, or he promised to quit. Did it work? Rhydian chose to sing a a song from thearte where he feels most comfortable.  Singing the West Side Story love song “Somewhere” He would not wear campy clothing, and promised to wear only a dark blue suit.

Louis Walsh said: “Rhydian, you are a true professional. You’re definitely going to make the final, you are truly passionate, and you’re head and shoulders above everyone else.”

Sharon Osbourne said: “Is it true you auditioned for Joseph? I thought Lord Lloyd Webber had taste, but he messed up on you. I’m so glad Lloyd Webber messed up and we’ve got you instead.” (we put his rejection video up a few weeks ago on the x factor fan site)

Simon Cowell said: “First of all, you’re glad that we got to see how you really are, the real you.” “I think you would be an incredible winner for this competition.”

Dannii Minogue, who was crying said: “I honestly can’t even speak… I’m sure everyone at home will feel the same I felt you were singing personally to me, it was amazing.”

Hope
All week long, we had to hear a voice from the dead future proof, talking so much trash about hope, and spreading rumours of their inner strife, as well as girl group insiders hearing about charlie mole’s name calling and new moniker “the woo woo girls”. Add to this, the girls all being allowed to return home for a press tour to drum up votes. hope had a tough act in rhydian to follow. The woo woo girls were complaining the whole week at phoebe once again taking the lead vocals. The girls were singing the Christina Aquilera hit “Hurt”.  How do you frame this group of girls when only one has talent, but the others are part of the group. woo woo all the way to another week.

the x factor judges comment:

Louis said: “We’ve got one main singer and four girls going ‘Ooh and Ah’, I know Simon likes girls going ooh and ah, but it’s not right. Pheobe is carrying the group”

Sharon Osbourne said: “You were given the song by your mentor, there is such big time competition out there, I wish you girls the best”.

Dannii Minogue said: “I don’t know if we made a mistake not putting Phoeobe through in the solo category”

Simon Cowell said: “Complaining about having one lead singer… what would you have done with Take That?”

Louis Walsh said: “Take That had Robbie and Gary and Mark, three great singers. With Hope, you made a mistake!”

Simon Cowell returned with: “Shut up, shut, up. It is a sign of confidence, girls, that you allowed one person to do this song. I loved you did a Christina song, And you did it very well. I think it would be a travesty if Hope go out on the back of that performance”.

phoebe brown is saving the x factor finalist girl group hope, by singing the leads, but the other girls are furious to only being given the “woo woo” parts to sing.

Will the ego’s of these girls get the best of them?

The decision to allow phoebe brown another chance to sing lead has reportedly angered Mole, and she has dubbed the all-girl group “Phoebe and the Woo Woo girls”.

Remember girls, this show ends in December and you will be gone much sooner. Can’t you put up with each other for just a little longer?

Maybe during the x factor live tour in 2008, each of you can take turns singing the leads.
